One of the Central Interior and Okanagan's brighterest stars, this family based business has been built over the last thirty years with three generations of family and joined our group last year when Art Haycock retired and sold us the business to continue in the tradition of providing an alternative to the large corporate nameless call centres. This fully listed ULC (United Laboratories of Canada) and approved central station facility is staffed by employees by which some have been in continuous service for over twenty years. Upgraded with the latest in digital electronic receiving equipment, the station now boasts high secure supervised IP monitoring to suppliment its digital receivers, and recently added two way voice to provide direct communications from dispatcher to client via a two way speaker built into the keypad.
